Our Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Mel's Creations! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Final sale items (if marked as such)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
